SOLUTION

We automated the task allocation, tracking, customer reminders, & Invoicing process. The system ensures that their Managers don't need to spend time in allocating routine activities to their staff. System itself allocates, reminds and tracks the work status as well. The system is extended to their customers to upload the required documents on a case-to-case basis.
